Cheap and small notetaker?

Category: accessible Devices

hi. I love to write. Anything from diary to little silly lyrics or long stories. I often feel, i need something to write on when i'm on the go, and a new idea just suddenly takes form in my head. Therefore, I want to find a relatively small accessible notetaker with with speech, as these tend to be cheaper than braille devices. If it's possible, I'd like it to have a braille keyboard too, as it would make the device smaller. Any ideas? it could also be a combination of an external braille keyboard and some kind of storage device. Thanks in advance.

Hello,
One thing you may be able to look at is the maestro. It is a small note taker, with a braille keyboard, and has a blue tooth keyboard which folds up. I hope I spelled it correctly so you can search for it, I am not sure of which site to look on though.

if you really want cheap, look for a Braillenspeak on your favorite auction site.

Yes, any of the older Braille n speaks are good. If u just want to jot things down, it'll get the job done. I've scene them go for as cheep as $100.

mmm... I don't prefer any of the cheap notetakers really. Braille N Speaks are awlful. I did like the braille lite 2000 when it was out though... sorry for getting off topic.
